One morning when I was lying awake in my bed,

A little blue bird came to me and said,

I am here to tell you all you want to know,

I am here to inform you your future I will show,

Stop right there please don't say another word,

Do I have a choice is what I asked the little bird.

He said of course my friend it's completely up to you,

Don't you know I can tell you if your dreams will all come true,

If it's all the same to you I'd rather not be told,
I'd prefer to let it happen and let the future unfold,

I said whats the point in knowing how my life will be,

It's better to let it happen better to wait and see,

I'll find out soon enough I've got it all ahead,

The little bird flew off smiling at what I said,

From that day on I live my life in the now,

I'll achieve my dreams and goals without worrying how.
